Gelato shipping rates
For products fulfilled by Gelato, shipping charges come from Gelato’s live shipping rates at checkout. The rate depends on the items, quantity, delivery address, and available delivery service. We do not offer a storewide free-shipping threshold or substitute a fixed shipping charge for Gelato’s quote.

Production and delivery
Production time and transit time are separate. Delivery estimates depend on the product, destination, service, and carrier; they are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Items may be produced or shipped separately. Tracking information is provided when available.

Please check your address, garment, size, color, and design before checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice a mistake; changes may no longer be possible once production has started.
Digital purchases
Digital software does not require shipping. Download links are available after confirmed payment. See Downloads & Licenses for help.
Custom workshop orders
Shipping or collection for custom CNC, engraving, and workshop work is arranged as part of the project quote. Gelato’s apparel rates do not apply to those projects.
