Information used by the store
When you order, create an account, or contact us, the site processes the information you provide, including your name, email address, billing and shipping details, account information, order contents, and support messages. Payment processing is handled through Square and the payment method selected at checkout. The store receives payment status and transaction references; do not send payment-card details through our contact form.
Downloads and software licensing
Download records and license information are associated with purchases. Products that use device activation may send a license key or token, product/version information, and a device identifier to validate the license and manage its allowed seats. Product-specific behavior is described in the applicable guide. Silverback needs internet for initial activation and allows unlimited offline use afterward.
Service providers
WordPress and WooCommerce run this store. Square processes payments. For Gelato-fulfilled orders, order and delivery information is shared with Gelato and its fulfillment and delivery providers. Hosting, email delivery, license-management, and support tools process information needed to operate these services. Providers handle information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Cookies, analytics, and embedded content
Cookies and similar storage support login, shopping carts, checkout, and site preferences. The site also uses Google analytics/advertising integrations and visitor-statistics tools, which can process technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, pages visited, and referral information. Google services may use cookies or identifiers. Embedded YouTube videos, externally hosted fonts, and other third-party content can connect to their providers and process information when loaded.
