Choose the right product
Check the platform, version, system requirements, included files, license limits, and any beta or experimental status for software. Check sizing, garment, color, and design for apparel. Ask us questions before purchasing if you are unsure.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars. The checkout shows the order total, including applicable shipping and any charges displayed there, before you confirm payment. Download access and license delivery require confirmed payment. A failed or pending payment does not grant access.
All sales are final
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law. This applies to software, digital downloads, apparel, artwork, and custom work. Please read our full policy. Thank you for supporting our independent work.
Software licenses
Software is licensed according to the terms and device limits stated for that product and supplied with the software. Buying a download does not transfer ownership of the software or grant redistribution rights. Keep license keys private. Included platforms, seats, activation requirements, and updates vary by product; no additional platform or unlimited future updates are promised by these store terms.
Shipping and custom work
Gelato shipping rates apply to Gelato-fulfilled products and are shown at checkout. See Shipping & Delivery. Custom workshop orders follow the specifications and delivery arrangements agreed for that project.

We can help with missing downloads, activation issues, and order questions through Contact & Support. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
