1. FREE TO USE. You may download, install, and run this application free of
   charge on Xbox consoles you own that are in Developer Mode, for personal,
   non-commercial use.

2. SHARING. You may share the original, unmodified sideload package. You may
   NOT sell it, charge for it, bundle it into a paid product, or repackage or
   re-brand it as your own.

3. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR
   ANY DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, OR ISSUES WITH YOUR CONSOLE ARISING FROM ITS USE.

4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS. This application includes third-party software and
   content distributed under their own licenses (see NOTICE.md): the NVorbis OGG
   decoder (MIT License) and visualizer superscope code authored by members of
   the Winamp AVS community. Those components remain the property of, and are
   governed by the terms of, their respective authors.

5. MUSIC. All bundled audio tracks are original works (c) Rev. J. Money
   (soundcloud.com/revjmoney), provided for personal listening only. They are
   NOT licensed for redistribution, remixing, sampling, or commercial use.

6. NO AFFILIATION. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
   sponsored by Microsoft / Xbox or Nullsoft / Winamp. Trademarks belong to
   their respective owners.
