Subject: Possible GPLv3 violation - LOKLiK iCraft ships modified
         Grbl_Esp32 without source

-------------------------------------------------------

Hello,

I'm reporting a likely GPLv3 violation. The LOKLiK iCraft (vendor: LOKLiK
Inc. / HTVRONT) ships firmware that is a modified build of Grbl_Esp32
(GPLv3). The firmware reports this itself on boot:

    [MSG:Grbl_ESP32 Ver 1.3a Date 20211103]
    [MSG:Using machine:LOKLiK_iCraft]

The vendor distributes only locked binaries through a proprietary,
login-gated app (LOKLiK IdeaStudio) and provides no Corresponding Source
or written offer for it. I have sent them a formal written request for
the source under GPLv3 Section 6 (copy available on request).

I can provide:
  - the full device boot log,
  - firmware binaries extracted from my own device,
  - the vendor's distribution details and app/store links.

Please advise on next steps.
